Ikura is a Tokyo-based service that provides AI multilingual concierge functionality over WhatsApp and LINE for Japan's hospitality sector; cookies on getikura.org support the operation of our website and property operator accounts, not guest-facing messaging (which runs over WhatsApp and LINE, not in your browser).
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the Telecommunications Business Act, we operate a notice-only model for cookie use on this site. We inform you of what cookies we set and why; no prior consent pop-up is required for this category of processing under the applicable Japanese legal framework. You can still opt out of non-essential cookies at any time using the controls described in Section 7.
