A conversation is a continuous thread between one guest and Ikura within a 24-hour window. Multiple messages from the same guest in the same day count as one conversation.
Yes, you can change plans at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
No setup fee on any plan. The free trial gives you full access to your chosen plan features for 14 days so you can set up and test without paying anything.
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. Ikura continues operating until the limit is reached, then pauses automatic responses and notifies you. You can upgrade or add a conversation top-up at that point.
